Moving to Australia from the Philippines is a huge decision for any Filipino and we are not just talking about money. The Filipina family is a vital means of life support and to leave the extended family can be something much harder than most westerners would probably understand.
Of course, the thought of a better life and the ability so send money home makes it that bit easier.
Many times on this site we have shown some great videos about the Philippines, but now we turn that around and show you some videos of stunning Australia.
Australia is the 6th largest country in the world and also one of the most beautiful, with its beautiful cities, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and the capital Canberra, and its beaches! Visit the Australia! Enjoy!
The best most beautiful video about Australia, about its nature, cities, traveling. Plan to visit Australia one day!
I spent a day touring Brisbane Australia. This included a very nice water taxi tour as well as some foot touring of this beautiful city.
The water taxi tour started out during daylight hours and returned as the sun was going down. This gave the best of both worlds. I got to see the whole city by day and then got to see the city lights at night.
During the water taxi ride I got to see some dolphins jumping and playing in the river but I was too slow getting my camera pointed in their direction so I could not show them. It was awesome to see my first dolphins ever though.
The city looks very beautiful at night with light displays all over. It was quite a nice walk through the city after the water taxi ride and I got some very impressive video footage of a building which covers a whole city block that is lit up with a light display.
A portrait of the sub-tropical city of Brisbane, Queensland. Queensland’s capital city lies near the sub-tropical parts of Australia and its way-of-life has a more leisurely tempo. Outdoor life provides a colourful pattern and night life has its gay spots. Made by the National Film Board 1954
While many Australian’s will scoff when they read this, believing Australia has many better attractions, the reason Sydney (the capital city of New South Wales) has made the list is because it is such an iconic feature of Australia.
For those of you have made a flight from potentially the other side of the world, if you come and don’t see Sydney, it is a bit like going to Germany and not drinking a beer, or to England and not seeing London, or America and not trying a hot dog.
There is plenty to see and do in Sydney apart from the well know attractions of the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, and Bondi/Manly beaches.
Sydney is host to the great Taronga Zoo, there are festivals on all year long, it is steeped in Australian pioneering history, and much more. For more details please visit www.sydney.com.
